Mélissa practices in mergers and acquisitions, including business transfers, whether intergenerational or to key employees, third parties and/or venture capital funds. She also advises entrepreneurs integrating investors into their shareholding, whether private or institutional investors.

    • Managing buy-outs, particularly in the manufacturing and construction sectors;

    • in sales of businesses to publicly traded companies, particularly in the computer industry and in the printing and publishing industry;
    •  large-scale corporate reorganizations, business start-ups, negotiations of complex shareholder agreements and exit strategies.
