Émilie is a Laval-based lawyer practicing mainly in business law. She practices mainly in business law, working with small and medium-sized businesses, particularly on corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. She also assists several franchisees and drafts various types of commercial contracts.
After articling with a specialized boutique firm, she began her practice in civil and commercial litigation, and more specifically in construction, security, real estate and contract law.
She then reoriented her practice towards insurance law and professional liability with a Montreal firm.
