Senior Counsel at our Quebec City office, the Honourable François Pelletier will play a significant role as mentor and trainer for professionnals in the litigation law unit. However, his areas of expertise as a lawyer also include civil and commercial law, real estate and construction law, labor law, constitutional law and professional liability. He also taught civil law at the École professionnelle du Barreau from 1976 to 1984.
Read moreHe was appointed to the Quebec Superior Court in 1997, where he served until 2000, when he joined the Quebec Court of Appeal. He has also participated in the drafting of numerous decisions regularly cited by our lawyers.
François is appreciated for the vast experience he acquired during his long career as a judge on Quebec's highest court, for his ability to listen, and for his mediation and conciliation skills.
