He pleaded before numerous Disciplinary Boards, the Professions Tribunal, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court in Disciplinary and Administrative Law on numerous issues relating to the protection of the public.
Sylvain advises leaders of the professional orders on various issues relating to admission, medical examination, internship requirements, restrictions on the right to practice, training and diploma equivalencies, the review committee among other things.
